Left to chance, that's usually a mix of guest phone shots and whatever someone grabbed on the way past. Crafted for events such as team gatherings, cultural blessings, sod-turning ceremonies and other short-duration events, this package offers up to a 2-hour session of professional on-location photography, with high and web-resolution, photographer-curated images edited and delivered to you within two business days.

Same-day retouching and supply: $350+gst

Designed for events requiring more extensive coverage, such as business awards ceremonies, this half-day package offers 4 hours of professional on-location photography with high and web-resolution, photographer-curated images edited and delivered to you within two business days.

Up to 4 hours of on-site photography
Typically 90–130 edited images
Royalty free commercial use licence
12-month private and secure online gallery for digital downloads
Photographer-curated high and web-resolution images

How quickly will I get the photos after my event?
Quarter and half-day coverage is delivered within two business days. Full-day coverage goes out by the end of the next business day. If you need images same day, same-day retouching is available as an add-on, handy for a same-night wrap-up post or a next-morning media release.

Do I need to sort out model releases or consent for people in the photos?
Yes, that's on you as the event organiser. I'm happy for the images to be used commercially, but obtaining any necessary people or property waivers and talent releases from attendees is your responsibility, worth sorting before the event if you know the images will be used publicly.

Can you cover events outside Hawke's Bay?
Yes. I'm based in Havelock North with a second base in Taupo, and I regularly travel for events across the North Island, including Rotorua, Tauranga, and Auckland, plus Wellington, Christchurch, and Gisborne when needed.

What happens if my event runs longer than planned?
It happens more often than you'd think. Additional photography time beyond your booked package is charged at an hourly rate, so you're not caught out if the speeches run over or the awards take longer than scheduled.

Can I book more than one photographer for a large event?
Yes, for bigger conferences or events with multiple concurrent activities, an additional photographer can be added to cover more ground. Pricing is on application, get in touch with your event details and I'll put together a quote.

Do you offer on-site headshots alongside event coverage?
Yes, this is a popular add-on for conferences and award nights. I set up a portable headshot studio alongside my event coverage so attendees can get a professional headshot on the day, delivered by email afterwards.

What's included in the price, and what might cost extra?
Each package includes on-site photography, a royalty-free commercial licence, a 12-month online gallery, and photographer-curated high and web-resolution images.
