My individual headshot sessions give you a single, polished professional image — retouched and ready to use commercially. I come to your premises, so there's no travel time or time out of the office. Sessions run for 30 minutes with full 1-2-1 direction, so you'll feel relaxed and in control throughout.
I bring a portable studio to you — choose from white, black, or slate grey backdrops — or photograph in your own workplace environment for a natural, contextual portrait. All images include a 12-month online gallery and a royalty-free commercial licence as standard.

What should I wear, and how should I prepare?
Stick to solid colours that suit your skin tone and avoid busy patterns or logos. Think about your industry too, corporate roles usually read well in tailored clothing, while creative fields can go more relaxed. A little grooming a few days out helps, and a good night's sleep goes further than people expect. If you're not sure, bring two options and we'll pick the best on the day.

Do you shoot in a studio, or come to us?
I don't work from a fixed studio location. Every headshot session happens at your premises using a portable studio setup, so there's no time lost travelling and no need to find a venue. It also means I can offer a plain backdrop or use your own workplace as context, whichever suits the image best.

How often should I update my headshots?
Every 1 to 2 years is a good rule of thumb, or sooner if your look has changed noticeably, a new hairstyle or glasses, that sort of thing. A dated headshot is one of the first things people notice, especially on LinkedIn.

What's the difference between the individual and multi-shot sessions?
The individual session gives you one polished, retouched image, ideal if you just need a solid LinkedIn or website photo. The multi-shot package gives you three different looks from one longer session, useful if you want separate images for LinkedIn, your website, and media or speaking use. Worth deciding upfront which you need, since it affects how long we book.

Can you keep the look consistent across a whole team?
Yes, this is where on-location sessions work particularly well. I set up once at your premises and photograph everyone against the same backdrop and lighting, so your team page looks like one cohesive set rather than photos taken over several years. Team sessions are priced per person, get in touch with your headcount for a quote.

What if I need extra images or a different look on the day?
You can add extra retouched images or a second look, a different background, outfit, or composition, as an add-on if you decide you want more once we're shooting. It's easier to add on the day than to book a separate session later.

How quickly will I get my photos?
Most headshots are ready within a few business days. If you need them same day, that's available as an add-on, useful ahead of a conference or an urgent LinkedIn update.
